With over a decade of experience in UX/UI design, service design, and research, I help organizations simplify complexity, optimize workflows, and build scalable, human-centered systems. I currently teach Artificial Intelligence and Low-Code Automation to the European professional community through EADIC (Spain), supporting teams in applying AI tools to real operational and design challenges.
As a university professor at Universidad EAFIT, I lead advanced UX and interactive design labs that explore emerging technologies, experimentation, and digital innovation.
